So, my natural granola bars are enough to encourage weight loss on their own. I think I'll have to be truly starving to stick one of these in my mouth again.

Anyone know of a good, natural, not overly processed granola bar that doesn't taste like dirt? Or any other good snacky recommendations that don't involved partially hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup?

Fast food is almost 100% Partialy Hydrogenated, so it's out completely. (not saying there won't be an occasional fast food treat, but it won't be until I've been doing this for a month at least) Portion sizes seem to be taking care of themselves. I don't have a tendency to pig out on stuff I make myself, and I can't really afford to eat out otherwise, so it seems like it should be fine. Plus, my goal is for wholistic well-being as opposed to weight-loss. This change has actually been spurred on as an experiment in controlling my depression by cleaning up my diet.
