WooHoo!! I love this idea! I'm so donating money towards this project if the request is granted. I'll even make a point of traveling there (wherever the hell it is) just to stay at the hotel for a night or two.
And, like duncan, I'm also against homeowner's associations, though I'm not quite as agro about it as he seems to be. :)
