Very sleepy

A bagel and a Pepsi later, and I'm still very, very tired.
It's been a weekend of late nights, double bookings, lots of driving, and remembering those days way back when we could stay up until the sun came up and still function and feeling just how much older we are now.
It's said that exercise gives you more energy. For the last two weeks, my exercise levels have increased dramatically. But I'm exhausted. I'm too damn tired to do anything else. When does it switch over from exhausting to energizing?
On the plus side, the exercise is working. In the two weeks since I started my aerobics class, I've lost a solid 5 lbs, missing only two days of some kind of work out during that time. I've been highly inactive for the last three days (pogoing with The Kimberly Trip on Saturday was the high point on my physical activity scale for the weekend). However, I have a full week ahead of me. Aerobics Monday through Thursday evenings. I think I'll take my bike to work on the light rail on Friday and ride home. Then Saturday I'm kayaking in the morning, and probably doing Yoga in the evening. And finally, Sunday Bike ride needs to happen.
If I keep this up for the remaining six weeks of class, and continue to lose weight at this rate (which unless my plateau level has changed, it should be possible), I'll be back down to 145 by August, and I'll fit in my clothes again! Yay!!!
