We had working asssets and they were miserable. Tried to charge us for calls to Sri Lanka - trouble is WE DON'T KNOW ANYONE there!!! Their customer service was abysmal, and unhelpful.

Wow. That sucks. That's the first bad review I've heard of them. I've used them for years without a problem, as did my sister (until she dropped her landline altogether).
