Peaceful day? Bah!

I got to sleep in today. I had an appointment to get my car window fixed, so I didn't have to get up until 7, instead of 5 as I have been doing for the last few weeks.
The car was done around 9, but there really wasn't time to get to work by 9:30, and since we can only take FTO in hour blocks instead of 1/2 hour or 1/4 hour chunks, I didn't want to go in before 10:30 since I'd be working through FTO time. Of course, if I work 10:30-5:00 I have to take a half an hour lunch giving me 6 hours. If I work 11:00-5:00, I can skip lunch and just take breaks and get 6 hours.
So I came in at 11:00. In addition to the two plans I'm working demanding my immediate attention, there were also two new binders on my desk: Senior Clerk Stuff. And an email talking about reports we're supposed to be managing. Unfortunately, the email was written by the same woman from a few weeks back who spent 15 minutes of my time failing to clearly explain a report that turned out had nothing to do with me.
I know the reports have to do with the binders... beyond that, I'm gonna need some actual training here because the reports forms themselves don't have any instructions, nor can I deduce from the fields on the reports what's supposed to be in them.
I don't have time for this today. I may never have time for this. I'll have even less time for this if I don't stop typing this post now and get back to work.
I'm gonna have a serious headache today, I think.
