I can't see a damn thing

Did a nice thorough cleaning of the glasses to see if that would help. Nope. It's the eyes. Can't focus on much of anything. The screen hurts my eyes to look at it. Having to pick up the papers I'm working from to read them, instead of reading them off of the stand on my desk.
I think this is just fatigue. A few days away from all computer/television screens would probably do me good, but I just don't see that happening.
If it is from my vision degenerating a little more, though, I think it's just the astigmatism getting worse, and not related to the macular degeneration. I haven't had any of the major warning signs that would suggest otherwise. Although, I know that it is getting gradually worse, and I have been able to see changes that I know are related to it, I'm mostly sure that that is not my problem right now.
Sleep. Lots and lots of sleep would help.
This reminds me. Must go take my eye vitamins now.
