I started phasing my personally defined bad foods out of my diet about 2 weeks ago. Due to stuff in the house that needed to be eaten, it wasn't until this last Thursday that I actually spent a day 100% Trans-Fat/HFCS/Caffeine/Artificial Hormone Free.

But, in the weeks before that, everything else had been cut down drastically.

I noticed yesterday that I've lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks, without doing Weight Watchers. Also, I've been in a good mood for almost two weeks now, with no major dips into depression (started to dive one day last week and managed to pull myself out of it before it took control).

I may be on to something.
