Grr. I'm so needing to really get back onto the WW thing. I've put on over 5 lbs in the last few weeks, and I know if I don't stop it now, it's going to keep climbing.

But I don't want to. I know I can eat well and stay within my points. I've done it before. But right now, I want Taco Bell, and I want to go to Wendy's after Yoga but both is not a good idea.

On the plus side, I get bonus exercise points for doing Yoga.

[livejournal.com profile] mahdi (or any other WW cult member who happens to be reading this) - does Flex Points limit exercise points used per day like the old plan, or can I use all 6 toward dinner?

Or we can go to my home and have yummy chips and salsa with iced tea.

While it may not be the healthist meal, it has more nutritional value than fast food. (Yah Lycopene!!)

Actually, I think chips are a worse choice than say chicken nuggets or a baked potato at Wendys. We could try for something healthier though through the use of a grocery store, but that's boring. Where's our reward for surviving an hour in downward dog?

Well, since we are still in the "beginning class" with the newbies, we had to only hold downward dog for about 20 minutes, but we still had to do the warrior pose with the arms outstretch for like 20 minutes as well.

How can chips be worse than chicken nuggets? Chicken nuggets have way more fat and cholestrol than sweet innocent chips.

I don't know--I just have this wicked craving for the yummy hint o' lime chips and the yummy green trader joe's salsa. Who knows what I shall be craving after yoga?

I think it's because the chips absorb more oil. Not sure, but I know I can only eat 24 individual chips for the same points cost as 5 chicken nuggets with sauce or a baked potato with sour cream and chives.

Of course, this assumes you will actually order the potato or nuggets. The lure of the fries is to much for our yoga-weakened selves. We will succumb to 1000 calories chicken sandwiches and fries, then tell ourselves how healthy we are because we didn't biggie size. :)

I have to. I have to be good. I went about 20 points over yesterday, so I have to be good for the rest of the week.

(worse choice based on the Flex Points plan, that is)

http://www.freestartster.com/chipotle/ btw, I can do a burrito bol that's tasty for 15 points. Not bad...

Cool! I can do a bol for 15 or a Burrito for 23 (which isn't actually bad since I make two meals out of one.) Just gotta stay away from the guacamole.

Those are my points too, with the guacamole.
