Where'd my couch go?!
Jun. 6th, 2005 08:18 pmSo, here's my activity schedule for the next eight weeks:
Monday through Thursday:
Aqua Aerobics - 1 1/2 hours
Bike ride to & From class - 30-45 minutes
Saturday & Sunday:
At least one significant bike ride, preferably two - 3-6 hours
Yoga class - 1 1/2 hours. (still somewhat tentative, but the Friday class just isn't possible with my work schedule,
ktbee.)
Add to that the attempt to not drive to work at all, which then will add either a 1/2 hour of walking, or 1-2 1/2 hours of biking five days a week.
I'm going to get my waist back this summer if it kills me. And I'm going to do my first event ride in August (just a little one... 35 miles - more info on that will be posted on
sunday_drivers soon, because I intend to drag as many of my team members as I can along with me.)
And now, I'm going to go sit on my ass and watch tv and dare someone to say that I need to get out and be more active.
