So, here's my activity schedule for the next eight weeks:

Monday through Thursday:

Aqua Aerobics - 1 1/2 hours
Bike ride to & From class - 30-45 minutes

Saturday & Sunday:

At least one significant bike ride, preferably two - 3-6 hours
Yoga class - 1 1/2 hours. (still somewhat tentative, but the Friday class just isn't possible with my work schedule, [livejournal.com profile] ktbee.)

Add to that the attempt to not drive to work at all, which then will add either a 1/2 hour of walking, or 1-2 1/2 hours of biking five days a week.


I'm going to get my waist back this summer if it kills me. And I'm going to do my first event ride in August (just a little one... 35 miles - more info on that will be posted on [livejournal.com profile] sunday_drivers soon, because I intend to drag as many of my team members as I can along with me.)

And now, I'm going to go sit on my ass and watch tv and dare someone to say that I need to get out and be more active.
