Music today
Apr. 6th, 2004 11:06 amI woke this morning with two Nickelback songs demonlooping in my head (thank you, Misha) and no idea which lyrics went to which song, not that it really matters all that much.
I had hoped The Kimberly Trip CD playing in my car on the drive to work would be enough today to chase them out. No such luck. I think it took me about 30 second for my head to abandon "Not Your Biggest Fan" in favor of "Someday" and/or "How You Remind Me" once the CD was off.
I'm currently feeding my ears a constant stream of odd German 80's pop(?) in an effort to distract the brain. "Ich lieb den Rock & Roll!!!" It seems to be working so far. I may be wanting to buy a Volkswagen later, though.
EDIT: Y'know, I just now really looked at the title of my "current music" and now I really want to take a look at the full lyrics. Unless my German is failing me completely, it translates to "Three men in a double bed."
EDIT AGAIN: Never mind. On a more, pay attention to the song, instead of relegating it to background run through, I've determined that the only lyrics to the song are "Drei Mann in Doppelbett." Not the most clever of ditties, I say.
