Ride Your Bike to Work Day!
May. 20th, 2005 10:10 amStats:
Distance: 13.15
Max Speed: apx 16 mph, I think. (didn't calculate for this ride because I was enjoying looking at the 27.5 mph max from my coast downhill from Stevens Creek Reservoir too much to reset it.)
Avg Speed: 11.2 mph. gah, I'm slow.
Ride Time: 1:10:35
Actual time to get from work to home was closer to 1:20 though, due to stoplights and such. I'll take the bike trail home, which will cut out those pesky lights and traffic, but it also adds a little distance to the ride, so it'll probably take the same time to get home.
And I really need a trunk pack. Couldn't find a way to strap the backpack to my rack without squishing my lunch, so I wore the pack. Now, my back's griping at me.
Oy. Busy day. Donna's out today, so I have an extra busy queue to mind. This may be my only pause.
I think I need a root beer.
