Status Check

The good news:

My Dell rebate is in the mail and should be here shortly.


The bad news:

My portable CD/MP3 player's condition is rapidly deteriorating. As this is a necessity for sanity while at work, I will have to apply a portion of my rebate to a new one.

Weird day

I wasn't feeling good last night. I was so tired, just drained of all energy. So, when I realized I was falling asleep halfway through Everwood, I decided to call it quits and head to bed. I made it up the stairs, feeling groggy and a little dizzy, and wondered as I plummeted into sleep if I was perhaps catching darkmoon and tiggrrl's plague.

This morning, I'm wide awake, I feel good, I'm in an abnormally good mood considering I'm at the office, and my production is running about an hour or two ahead of where I usually espect myself to be, which is good, since I'm still running a little behind.

What's wrong?

Y'know those "Twist" candies from Norway that I love but have difficulty getting here without paying an imported foods company through the nose and hoping they don't arrive after their expiration date?

My coworker's boyfriend lives in Trondheim, Norway. She mentioned my predicament to him, he thoroughly understood the need for Twist, and is sending some!

Yay!

Now why didn't I think of meeting some Norsk guy online and flirting my way into the posession of yummy chocolate?
