So I'll be getting money soon. Enough to buy a car, pay off most of my lingering credit card debt, and hopefully still have some left to play with. Which is good, since I've got lots of things I want to buy. I need to increase my Beck & Peter Gabriel music collection to something beyond a few mp3's from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
ilk. I'll need more CD's in general since I'll be commuting 45-60 minutes daily and my new car will have a CD player. Must finally get myself at least one of Me First and the Gimme Gimmes' albums... the one with the showtunes/soundtracks covers... I adore their version of "Science Fiction Double Feature." I still need Buffy Season 2, and to be ready for Season 3 when it comes out on DVD. Apparently, since mahdi thinks there's actually a better birthday gift for me than the entire series of Sports Night, I'll be needing to get that for myself as well. Oh, and my poor VCR is so on its last legs, and since I do a lot of recording, I don't believe that the medium is obsolete yet and I must get a new one. My PC also is obsolete, and I'm still using dial-up, but I think that can and will have to wait until after Academy graduation. Hell, I'm not going to be at home during the weeks anyway for the next 4 months. It'll just be poor delrosan, the house sitter, who has to suffer with the slow speeds.
