Yesterday's To Do List

Well, here's how I did:

1. Wash dishes.
2. Pack pots and pans
and all remaining dishes, minus a cup and paper plates/plastic utensils.
3. Clean both bathrooms. I started, but didn't finish either one
4. Pack pile of clean laundry in bedroom. I got about halfway through sorting and folding it.
5. Pack last few items from linen closet, leaving out 1 light bulb for front porch. Mostly, at least. The closet is empty. All the light bulbs area still out though.
6. Attempt to order Cable service for new apartment. Didn't even get near it.

Fortunately, I don't have to go to work tomorrow, so I don't have to go to bed at a decent hour. (well, still semi-decent I suppose. I have to be at the bank at 9 am to get a cashiers check and be at the rental office at 9:30. But that's nothing like having to be up and on the road by 6:30.)

I should have taken more than one day off from work.

you sorted and folded your clean laundry before packing? wow, you're better than I am by far! my boxes usually just contain whatever random clothes that were near me when I was packing.. I've even been known to mix clean and dirty in the same box -- figuring I'll just wash the lot of 'em when I get unpacked.

Well, if it's in freshly done laundry status, it means it's stuff that I wear regularly, and I need to make sure it's where I can find it and ready to wear.
