Ah, there it is.
Around 1996-97 I cut caffeine out of my life completely for health reasons. I eventually started allowing little bits back in, until I once again was consuming mass quantities of it on a daily basis.
Signs of the original health reasons have started to resurface indicating that I once again must say goodbye to caffeine. So, this will mean no more Cherry Pepsi, no chocolate, no Dr. Pepper, etc. I can't go completely cold turkey due to the Girl Scout cookies in my house that contain chocolate and must be eaten, and there's also a bottle of Mountain Dew which maybe I can use in small quantities for a few days until it's gone (I hate to waste it). But other than this, it's out. I stopped as of Friday.
Of course, when I did this before, I wasn't physically addicted to the stuff. I just quit, no problem.
The headache and the general oogyness have just kicked in.
I'm gonna be a little grumpy for the next few days, I think.
