NaNoWriMo Update

Well, it's been a week from Hell. Haven't had much energy to write, so I set forth this morning to catch up. Between chatting on YM, and cooking what will hopefully be a non-haz-mat-crew-needing batch of paprikash potatoes, I only managed about 2400 words today. I'm still running about 4500 behind where I should be, but I've regained a little hope that there may actually be a story in here somewhere.

Now, I'm going to go sit in front of the television and eat Hungarian stew.

I'm at <2,000

I think the problem is that the election distracterd me, and I lost my momentum. Tomorrow, the catchning up (also, since I have each of my day segments mapped out, I don't necessarily have to do them in order).
