My next-cube neighbor's desk was covered with ants this morning. She got rid of most of them, but now the survivors keep wandering over to my desk. Some come in twos or threes, some bravely make the journey solo, but they all meet the same fate: squished by a piece of tissue.

The building is built on an ant hill, apparently. While she may have had food left open, it's not really a requirement. They invade randomly and often.
