Kevin should be here by now. Or within a half hour to 45 minutes.
But no. Cal Trans has for no apparent reason routed all traffic from highway 237 onto 680 South back into San Jose and closed every exit off of 680, along with most of the lanes. So, after an hour plus on the road, he's about exaclty where he started, and won't be here until after midnight.
I'd like to say a big ol' WTF?????
