Early Morning Geography Lesson

I could get kicked for posting this, so I've removed the name of the fellow I was chatting with regarding my desire to live in Norway again. For the record, I was not in any way intending insult on "dude's" self proclaimed "tiny brain," rather complaining once again that the US doesn't teach its young enough about the rest of the world, instead suggesting that This Great and Powerful Nation of ours is really the only thing that anyone needs to know.

Besides, it made me laugh.

dude: norway? sheesh...why not cuba?
lostgirl88: I like Norway.
dude: is it the legalized drugs? (or is that denmark...i never can get those bloody nordic countries straight...)
lostgirl88: That's The Netherlands (Holland). Norway is just a nice place to live, and I read enough of the language to get around.
dude: aaaahhhhh...holland (isn't that vierd?)...you see what i mean? why don't they all just band together and form the united states of norseland, or something...it would be much easier for my tiny brain to process...
lostgirl88: Because the rest of the world doesn't cater to the poor educational standards of the United States.
