I hate being a grown up

I need an Ophthalmologist. Soon. My health care plan lists 50 participating Ophthalmologists within 5 miles of my house. How am I supposed to know which one to pick? All it tells me is their names. Elli? What's your guy's name?

actually, I find picking my own doctor (limited selection for what it is) and sucking money out of the big man one of the few true joys of my job.

you probably want to call the # on the back of your medical insurance card, because most of the addresses, phone numbers on the website are old and or don't work. I noticed this when I was trying to find a general internalist for my depression.
